FOCUS ON THE GOOD is one of the main mantras that really helped me when I was going through the worst with my depression. I still rely on it pretty much every day, and constantly remind myself to focus on the good.
What I learned in therapy is that what you focus on is how you feel. Even when things aren’t going well, if you focus on one thing that’s good, it will help you feel more hopeful. And that’s actually the philosophy of #ICHOOSEBEAUTY – to find one good thing every day.
