#MentalHealthMonday.Remind yourself every morning: "I AM... strong, beautiful, smart, capable, confident, worthy..." or whatever else YOU ARE that’s positive. Say it out loud, even though it may seem awkward. Keep saying it, even if you don’t believe it. Eventually, you will..Truth: I really struggle with this exercise, but I keep working on it!
