Did you know that 90% of happiness is your perception of your environment, and only 10% is the environment itself? You may not be able to control some of the things that happen in life, but you can control how you react to them.
It really shows how much control we have over our happiness. Of course, it takes some training to get yourself to think differently about your circumstances… but knowing that you can control your thoughts and your happiness is pretty empowering, right?
