Let’s talk about gratitude, and how it can help you feel happier. It’s part of my daily practice for this reason. Instead of thinking about what’s missing in your life or what’s not going well, take a minute to focus on what you have or what you appreciate, no matter how small. Science shows doing this regularly will help you feel more positive, make your relationships better, even improve your health.
