#MentalHealthMonth : [Social Connections]⠀.⠀Every time we move to a new place (which we have done several times), I really struggle with leaving close friends and family behind and starting over. Maui has been extra challenging for me, especially because I mainly work from home, which can be isolating. I'm so grateful for new friends like @laura_wentworth and have been trying to connect with more people lately because I know how important it is for my mental health.  ⠀.⠀DID YOU KNOW? Loneliness is bad for your health.
