Remind yourself every morning: “I AM… strong, beautiful, smart, capable, confident, worthy…” or whatever else YOU ARE that’s positive. Say it out loud, even though it may seem awkward. Keep saying it, even if you don’t believe it. Eventually, you will.
Truth: I really struggle with this exercise, but I keep working on it! The most important thing is to be consistent with it, and that’s where I need to improve.
