All of our products ship to the United States and Canada. Our apparel and mugs are custom printed to order, and ship from Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC usually within 3-5 business days. Our pendants ship from Maui, Hawaii within 1-3 days of ordering.

Duties + Taxes:
We love seeing our designs on customers outside of the US, however we can’t accurately predict any duties or taxes on shipping of our items. Please be aware that these may be applicable, and if so are your responsibility.
If your order didn’t arrive, let us know as soon as possible.
First, check your shipping confirmation to see if you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we can send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number, and we’ll look into it and see what we can do.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within a week.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
Please note: As each item is custom printed to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges in the case of issues with fit, sizing or style. To get the right fit on your first order, contact email@example.com and I’m happy to help you find the right size.
